The system With a Specially Designed Gripper System Holds the Ampoule from the Neck and Invert till the Washing Operation is Completed Again After Washing Release the Ampoule on the out-feed Feed Screw System in Vertical Position Ensures Positive Wash Ampoules.

The Automatic Linear Vial Washing Machine consists of the main structure, covered with SS cabinet safety acrylic doors (OPTIONAL), in-feed turntable, washing nozzles, out-feed conveyor, pumps with the tank, filter housing & cartridge, pneumatic components, motors & gearbox, and electrical panel, AC Drive, PLC & HMI (OPTIONAL).
