Operation:

• Products are to be loaded in the stacker manually.
• Products move on the conveyor for the process of labelling.
• The product held tight when travelling on the conveyor.
• The label dispenser is fixed on top of the conveyor.
• As soon as the product sensor senses the products, the PLC commands the label dispensing motor to rotate at the desired revolution. This is controlled by the label gap sensor which senses the gap between the two labels & accordingly, the label gets released from the dispenser & applied to the products.
• A nylon brush & sponge roller will paste sticker labels on the products.
• Labelled products shall proceed for further operation/to be collected manually.

The Automatic Double Side (Front & Back) Sticker Labeling Machine consists of the main structure, product in-feed screw, product transmission belt with guide adjustment, top product holding conveyor with height adjustment, 2 nos. of label dispensing unit, label pasting unit, motor, sensors, AC drives, motors, electrical panel, mains on/off, emergency switch, PLC & HMI.

Automatic Two-Side Self-Adhesive (Sticker) Labelling Machines for Flat and Round Bottle. The Front & Back Labeling Machine is used for Full/partial labelling on different sizes of Flat or rectangular containers. It is capable of labelling up to 120 containers per minute depending on products and label size. The automatic double-side sticker labeller model is equipped with a roller spacing device resulting in a simple operation with “No change parts required”.
