The Fully Automatic Sanitizer Bottle Filling Machine consists of a main structure, product transmission belt with an adjustable guide, safety acrylic enclosure with SS pipe frame (OPTIONAL), pneumatic/mechanical stopping facility, nozzle & syringes, electrical panel, motor, sensor, AC drive & mains ON/OFF.

Operation:

• Bottles moving on SS Slat conveyor going up to the filling nozzles through a settable two pneumatically/mechanically operated stopper system.
• The two pneumatically/mechanically operated stopper systems and reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for centering of the bottle below the nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on the bottle.
• To minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to the filling dose.
• The filling is based on a diving system wherein nozzles go inside the bottle and once the bottle is filled as per the desired volume, it comes out of the bottle.
• The dosing block with a hexagonal bolt fitted below the syringes where the operator can easily adjust the different volumes.
